Echo(Qinyu) Huan (b.1997, Beijing, China) is a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of fiber, painting, installation, and digital media. Her work is rooted in personal narrative and childhood memories. She approaches her practice as a therapeutic exploration of identity and self-awareness. She reworks found objects into abstract or interactive forms that convey subtle emotional states and evoke a sensitivity to the overlooked objects and emotions embedded in everyday life.

Based in Chicago, Echo is pursuing an MFA at the School of the Art Institute with a Visionary Scholars Award and a Lenore G. Tawney Foundation Scholarship. Her works has been exhibited at the Kresge Art Center (MI, US), (SCENE) Metrospace (MI, US), Lan Gallery (Beijing, China), SAIC Galleries-LL2 (IL, US), The Wrong Biennale-Anything but this (Online)



As a UI/UX designer, she has experience using Figma and Adobe CC, and has worked on projects ranging from website redesigns to mobile app interfaces for clients in various industries, including healthcare, social media, and e-commerce. She is skilled in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, and is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging experiences for users.
